Ingredients
  

  • 400 grams of salmon fillet
  • 350 grams of potatoes
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 medium-sized carrots
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Butter and fennel leaves to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash all the ingredients, namely salmon, potatoes, carrots, fennel leaves, and spring onions. Then slice the onions and carrots. Dice the potatoes and salmon. Next, season the salmon with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter, add the scallions that were previously thinly sliced ​​until fragrant. Add carrots and water and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes, and season with salt, and pepper. Cover the pot until the potatoes are tender.
  • Add cream and stir quickly until combined. Finally, add the salmon and cook until it boils again, then turns off the heat. Add fennel leaves.
