  • 400 grams of salmon fillet
  • 350 grams of potatoes
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 medium-sized carrots
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Butter and fennel leaves to taste
  1. Wash all the ingredients, namely salmon, potatoes, carrots, fennel leaves, and spring onions. Then slice the onions and carrots. Dice the potatoes and salmon. Next, season the salmon with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter, add the scallions that were previously thinly sliced ​​until fragrant. Add carrots and water and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes, and season with salt, and pepper. Cover the pot until the potatoes are tender.

  3. Add cream and stir quickly until combined. Finally, add the salmon and cook until it boils again, then turns off the heat. Add fennel leaves.
