Eggless Strawberry Milk Pudding is one of the soft and melted sweet desserts that is the favorite taste of some people. The fresh taste of strawberries and a slightly sour taste is no less popular than other pudding variants.

  • 10 puree strawberries
  • 1 pack of agar plain
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp strawberry extract
  • Pink food coloring to taste
  • Vanilla to taste
  1. Put the milk, condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan over low heat. Stir and let it boil.

  2. Cook the gelatin powder with water in a different saucepan over low heat. While continuing to stir so as not to clump. After cooking, pour the gelatin mixture into the milk, cook for 3 minutes on medium heat. Add the mashed strawberries, strawberry extract, and food coloring. Stir well. Pour into pudding molds and let cool to room temperature.
