Magic Lemonade
Magic Lemonade is one of the drinks that you can serve at a party with the closest people on this New Year's Eve.
- 1/2 cup dried peas
- 8 lemons, cut into two parts, and take the juice
- 1 liter of water
- 1 liter soda
- Ice cubes as needed
- Boil water and telang flower until it boils and changes color. Let stand until the water temperature drops then strain and freeze in the freezer. Take it out and blend with ice flower peas until the texture resembles shaved ice.

Prepare a tall glass then put ice cubes at the bottom of the glass then pour the lemon juice on top. Arrange the iced pea flower that has been blended on it.

Finally, pour enough soda water until you see the color change due to the mixture of lemon juice and telang flower juice.
