Garmin Launches Fenix ​​7X Smartwatch, The Battery Can Last Up To 578 Hours

Garmin launches Fenix ​​7X which is included in its flagship smartwatch line. This latest watch is claimed to have a battery life of up to 578 hours on a single charge thanks to solar power. There are also plenty of other models, including a rugged option called the Epix.

There are three Fenix ​​smartwatch models, namely the Fenix ​​7S 42mm, Fenix ​​7 47mm, and the very large Fenix ​​7X 51mm with very impressive battery life. The new Epix smartwatch also features a 1.3-inch OLED display that is always-on and more durable.

The Garmin Fenix ​​7 is the standard model priced at $700, the Fenix ​​7S is priced at $900, and the premium Fenix ​​7X is priced at $1,000. On the other hand, the Garmin Epix is ​​priced at $899 for the glass surface and steel frame, while the variant with the sapphire surface and titanium frame is priced at $999.

Garmin is deliberately making a special advantage that is in battery life. Moreover, this Fenix ​​7 series model comes with solar charging. The tiny Fenix ​​7S can last up to 90 hours and 162 hours if you use diesel. While the largest Fenix ​​7X model can last up to 213 hours although this is not reasonable or 578 hours on diesel.

The Fenix ​​7 series comes with the L5 GPS frequency range which offers better GPS signal accuracy. For the record, L5 is the new GPS signal for civilian color and offers a sophisticated signal design, greater bandwidth, and more power which ultimately offers higher accuracy.

Another feature of the Fenix ​​7X is the presence of an LED flashlight, where this lamp can emit bright white light and red light. This variant also has a strobe mode for emergencies.

The Epix Gen 2 comes in a 47mm dial and has a battery life of up to 16 days. The Epix has some features similar to the Fenix ​​7 series but lacks an LED flashlight and does not support solar charging.
