Ingredients
  

  • 850 gr peeled potatoes, cut into pieces
  • 150 gr peeled prawns, roughly chopped
  • 55 gr flour
  • 1 egg, separate the white and the yolk
  • 1 celery stalk, finely sliced
  • 3 garlic, finely chopped
  • 5 red onions, finely chopped
  • 115 ml liquid milk
  • Bread crumbs
  • Sugar, salt, pepper, nutmeg powder to taste
  • Butter and oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil, fry potato pieces until cooked. Puree while hot, season with a little salt and pepper, mix well. Set aside.
  • Meanwhile, heat the butter, sauté the onions until they are lightly browned. Add chopped prawns season with sugar, salt, pepper. Cook until the prawns are cooked. Set aside.
  • Pour the liquid milk and butter in a saucepan, cook until the butter melts and boils, add salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste. Add the flour, stir until the flour is cooked and the dough is smooth. Lift. Add it to the potato mixture. Stir until well blended, add egg yolks, celery leaves, and stir-fried shrimp. Stir until all smooth.
