  • 850 gr peeled potatoes, cut into pieces
  • 150 gr peeled prawns, roughly chopped
  • 55 gr flour
  • 1 egg, separate the white and the yolk
  • 1 celery stalk, finely sliced
  • 3 garlic, finely chopped
  • 5 red onions, finely chopped
  • 115 ml liquid milk
  • Bread crumbs
  • Sugar, salt, pepper, nutmeg powder to taste
  • Butter and oil for frying
  1. Heat oil, fry potato pieces until cooked. Puree while hot, season with a little salt and pepper, mix well. Set aside.
