Corn Pudding

Corn Pudding is one of the pudding creations that have rich nutritional content.

  • 2 heads of sweet corn, washed and finely sliced
  • 1 sachet Agar-agar plain (without taste and color)
  • 1 pack of instant coconut milk
  • 10 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp food coloring (yellow)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 600 ml water, divide by 2
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • Salt to taste
  1. Blend corn with a dose of 300 ml of water. Strain into a bowl, add vanilla, food coloring, plain agar, salt, sugar, and 300 ml of water. Stir until evenly mixed. Add cornstarch that has been dissolved in water. Stir again until bubbles form. After ripe. Put it in the pudding mold and wait for it to cool.

  2. When it has cooled, try removing it from the mold. Transfer to another container. To make it more delicious when served. Put the pudding back in the refrigerator and wait about 20-30 minutes.
