Caramel Popcorn

  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 gr corn kernels
  • 100 ml water
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  1. Heat margarine and oil in a saucepan, after boiling add corn kernels, stir.

  2. Reduce the heat, cover the pot, the corn kernels will burst, cover with a glass lid until the popping sound begins to not be heard. Once cooked add salt, stir well.

  3. Then heat water & sugar in a saucepan until dissolved and colored.

  4. Turn off the heat, add the margarine, stir until the foam bubbles disappear.

  5. Pour the caramel into the popcorn, mix well.
