Virgin Pina Colada
- 65 ml thick coconut milk or coconut cream
- 250 ml pineapple juice
- 100 grams of crushed ice
- 200 grams of peeled pineapple, cut into pieces
- Pineapple peeled to taste, thinly sliced
- Put the peeled pineapple, pineapple juice, ice cubes, and thick coconut milk into a blender. Process the ingredients until smooth, then pour into a serving glass. Serve the virgin pina colada with pineapple chunks.
