  • 1 pack beef broth
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 bunches of celery sticks
  • 5 red onions, sliced
  • 2 liters of water
  • 250 grams of beef sausage, cut with a thickness of about 1/2 cm
  • 250 grams of potatoes, peeled and cut
  • 250 grams of carrots, cut
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • enough water
  • Celery pieces, cooked shrimp, and large red chili slices as toppings


  • Heat butter, saute onion until fragrant. Add beef broth. Add water, potatoes, and carrots, cook until tender. Add pepper and celery, mix well.
  • Drain all ingredients from the broth except the celery leaves. Combine all the ingredients that have been mashed with the remaining broth, stir until thickened.
  • Add the sausage pieces to the broth, stir briefly until the sausage is cooked. Lift. Add toppings of celery pieces, cooked shrimp, and large red chili slices on top.
