Blackberry Pineapple Rum Cocktail
- Cocktail Shaker
- 1 ½ oz Dark Rum
- ½ oz Grand Marnier
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz fresh Lime Juice
- 6 oz fresh Blackberries
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- ½ cup Water
- Iced to taste
- Blackberries and Mint leaves
- Place the fresh blackberries, sugar, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Let it boil while stirring. Turn off the heat, and let it cool. Use a muddler or fork to break up the blackberries. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or until serving time.
- Pour dark rum, Grand Marnier, blackberry syrup, lime juice, and pineapple juice, and ice cubes to taste into a cocktail shaker. Beat until combined. Pour into a serving glass that has been filled with ice cubes before. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, blackberries, and lime wedges.
