  • 1 pack beef broth
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 bunches of celery sticks
  • 5 red onions, sliced
  • 2 liters of water
  • 250 grams of beef sausage, cut with a thickness of about 1/2 cm
  • 250 grams of potatoes, peeled and cut
  • 250 grams of carrots, cut
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • enough water
  • Celery pieces, cooked shrimp, and large red chili slices as toppings
  1. Heat butter, saute onion until fragrant. Add beef broth. Add water, potatoes, and carrots, cook until tender. Add pepper and celery, mix well.

  2. Drain all ingredients from the broth except the celery leaves. Combine all the ingredients that have been mashed with the remaining broth, stir until thickened.

  3. Add the sausage pieces to the broth, stir briefly until the sausage is cooked. Lift. Add toppings of celery pieces, cooked shrimp, and large red chili slices on top.
