Creme Brulee Recipe

Creme Brulee is a dessert that has a sweet taste. The main ingredients of creme brulee itself are liquid milk, egg yolks, sugar, and heavy cream.

Also called pudding, this snack is identical to its appearance which is layered with caramel on top. This is because the top of this dessert is given caramelized sugar and then burned using a torch. Also, the name creme brulee in French means “burnt cream”.

Creme Brulee

Creme Brulee is a dessert that has a sweet taste. The main ingredients of creme brulee itself are liquid milk, egg yolks, sugar, and heavy cream.

  • 500 cc milk cream
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 60 gr sugar
  • 45 gr brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Combine egg yolks and sugar, beat until smooth, and set aside.

  2. Cook the creamed milk over medium heat and when small bubbles appear on the edges, you can add the egg mixture little by little while continuing to stir. Cook until thickened then add the vanilla extract and mix well before removing.

  3. Prepare some small heat-resistant plates and pour the batter over them. Store in the refrigerator to cool for 6 hours.

  4. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake 3 minutes until the sugar melts then remove and let cool a bit.
