  • 200 chicken breast fillets
  • 6 pieces of ear mushrooms, soaked and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 750 ml of water
  • 40 grams shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 65 grams of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 lime squeezed
  • 1 cm fresh ginger, crushed
  • 1 pack of chicken stock powder
  • 2 finely dried chili flakes
  1. Saute onion and ginger until fragrant. Add the chicken and stir until it changes color. Add ear mushrooms and shitake, then mix well. Also add dry chilies, tomato sauce, chili sauce, season with chicken stock, salt, and ground pepper. Add water and cook until it boils. Add cornstarch solution, cook, until thickened. Finally, add a squeeze of lime juice to add to the taste.
